Unopened Merchandise ......We will accept your return of unopened merchandise for credit to your credit card within 10 days of the original purchase date. These items must be returned new and sealed and in resalable condition. Any software that requires a key code for installation where the key code is visible outside the package are not returnable...! We reserve the right to reject any returns on items at our discretion. Please contact us by email for an authorization….perhaps we can resolve a problem without a return…! In your e-mail please include your original order number, the title of the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will e-mail you with shipping instructions usually within 24 hours or less of your request. Please package all items securely and we recommend insured return shipping via the carrier of your choice. We process all returns within 3 business days, credits will appear on your credit card billing statement, within 7 to 10 business days. All unopened software returns will be credited back the original purchase price only, shipping charges are nonrefundable unless Jimev1softwares.Com is at fault. All returns are subject to a 10% restock fee.
Defective Merchandise .....In most cases, defective items will be handled directly by the appropriate manufacturer. In cases where this is not applicable we will be happy to exchange any defective product for the same title within 30 days of purchase. In your e-mail please include your original order number, the title of the defective product and a description of the defect. We will e-mail you with return shipping instructions usually within 24 hours of your request. Please package all items securely . All claims for defective items need to be received within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Opened Non-Defective Merchandise .....Unfortunately we cannot accept opened, non-defective merchandise for credit or exchange due to agreements with our distributors. This policy is industry standard and we cannot vary from it in anyway.
Pricing ......Due to the nature of our business, we cannot refund any difference in prices if a lower price appears on our site after you have made your purchase and/or received it. We price our inventory based on what our current cost is. Due to market fluctuations, our costs can drop significantly in other cases our costs may rise. Whatever the case, we cannot credit back the difference.
Rain checks ......Under no circumstance does Jimev1softwares.com offer rain checks.
Restock Fees .......A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. Restock fees cover the expense of processing returns including credit card surcharges we incur from our Merchant Bank.
Compatibility .......It is ultimately the customers’ responsibility to know whether or not their system is compatible with any product purchased. We do out best to keep system requirements on every page, if they are missing you can email us or check the windows compatibility pages at Microsoft. We sell a lot of older titles as well as most of the latest and greatest. Some of the older titles cannot be run under the latest operating systems. Please make sure that your system meets the requirements prior to opening any software. If you have received your package, Most system requirements are published on the outside of the packaging on software products. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of buyers remorse or if you order something and need to return it unopened due to system incompatibility. If you are having an item shipped to a different address or state other than your billing address then we are going to double check and even triple check the order. This measure is in place to protect not only us, but you as the consumer. Credit Card fraud is at an all time high with this convenient way of doing business.
